Yo, what’s with the animated series?
Leasera, the company that brought the industry “rental ecosystem management” software, (REM), has taken a unique approach to raising awareness about the challenges faced by property managers and the heroes who overcome them every day. We decided to launch an animated series, “The Adventures of Lea and Sera,” to shed light on challenges that property managers, investors, service professionals, and renters face in the market while also showcasing the power of REM.
This series is a way to help make complex and challenging subjects engaging, educational, and equally entertaining. The use of a little creative dramatization, combined with a couple of fun characters, makes it easier for everyone to engage in the message being conveyed and to connect with the message itself. We’re highlighting the struggles we all face across our portfolios and showing you how to solve them in a fun and creative way.
This series provides us with the freedom to present solutions to long held market issues in a compelling and memorable way. Throughout the series, Sera introduces the power of REM to Lea as they fight back against issues we face in the market. We share how property management software and the traditional per-unit fee models are misaligned, which has subsequently driven up costs, caused significant conflict, and, over time, alienated renters.
With every new episode, property managers, service professionals, and renters will face the market’s issues head on, fostering greater collaboration and partnerships for the good of the ecosystem. Together, we will all strive to bring freedom to the rental industry through an open and collaborative approach to rental ecosystem management.
